"Gabe has been a lifelong friend of mine since we were young. I have watched him become so passionate about fitness throughout the years and worked harder than anyone I knew to become the best version of himself. "When I first started working out I knew that I wanted to get big and be able to lift a lot and love how I look. Now around 2 years into it, it's my absolute favorite thing to do and I love the feeling of getting a good pump and hitting a new PR on anything. A few months ago was when I really thought about getting on a good program and getting to the next level because I knew I was capable of so much more and I set high goals for myself in the gym.
A month ago I decided to reach out to Gabe, I knew he was starting to coach people and create his own programs completely customized tailored to his clients needs. I knew he's been wanting to coach people and come out with programs and the fact that he's been working out for years and has much more knowledge about lifting than I do, it was an opportunity I knew I could not pass down especially because I knew he was always dedicated to the gym and trying to help people around him.
Once I started my program with Gabe, in the first two weeks I already realized that my squat, bench, and deadlift numbers were starting to slowly go up and it felt amazing. He gives me excellent workouts and it's an organized program where he lays out what workouts I will be doing each day with the sets/reps written down and he also says what RPE they should be at. Squat was always more of my weak point, he has helped my squat form tremendously and once I hit a 1 rep max soon I will hit some big numbers. He has helped me fix my form on my many different lifts and I can't thank him enough because I know that soon I will be putting up some big numbers, if anyone is debating on working with him, I suggest you do it and I will bet that it will be 100% worth it!"
"When I first started going to the gym I didn't know what I was doing at all. I didn't know any workouts or stretches. I was mostly just going to the gym to go with no plar nor motivation. I wasn't actually trying or seeing any progress. Seeing my older brother Gabe workout and grow mentally and physically really motivated me. "I've known Gabe since eighth grade of middle school. Each year me and Gabe's friendship has grown. I can't stress enough how much Gabe has helped me with my personal life.
